[Quantum Leap (8 Bit)]

Soundws Great..But...

This sounds nice, but it's not 8 bit. It's just gritty sounds. Don't get me wrong, it DEFF reminds me of 8 bit, but it's not. The songs a tad empty and repetitive, but it still sounds great.

Cheap

Overall I like the melody in here, and it's a decent sounding song. There is one problem I have with it, and it's a major one.

This song sounds very midi. It sounds a lot like FL Studio but I could be wrong. It is to tight when you made it in the piano roll editor. The instrument patches sound very "Cheap" as well. The song is way to long and somewhat empty.

However, you have some nice sounds in here. I would love to hear this with real strings, a piano and guitar. All in all, you and your cuz have some work to do, but I think you'll do well ;)

This is a nice relaxing tune. It reminds me of Super Mario Sunshine, and I mean that in the best possible way! It's a nice happy vibe that would work nice to add some atmosphere to a kids game.

This Need A Lot Of Work

I'm sorry, but this song needs a lot of work. It's insanely repetitive, and there is nothing to it. It feels really empty, compressed and sloppy. I would imagine a twelve year old getting into music, that this would be there first computer generated song.

That came off really mean. I don't know how else to say it but, there is really nothing good to say about this song.

I think your trying to be something your not, worst mistake in music my friend.

[Amber Waves of Grain]

Lovely

I love the calming effect this had on me. The drums sound very nice as well. I would have preferred a different use of the synth patch you used. But it works rather well because of the title. I felt like there were these tiny waves coming in, slowly taking me out to sea, out to place where things are happy and ok.

This song is way to empty, and not in a good way at all. However I was going to rate you a 3, but for some reason I clicked 5! Maybe it's better than "I" think it is haha.

Wow....pure gold is what this is. You made it feel somewhat hopefully and dark at the same time. I don't know if you've hered of the "Zer0" orchestra? They remixed a lot of Zelda songs for free like this, but I think you did it better!! Keep it up man!!

Hey, overall pretty nice listen but....I think you used FL Studio? And in FL you used FL Slayer? If so, stay away from such bland, commercial VST(i) plugins. If you need some good quality VST(i) stuff google "DSK" and you'll find some decent freeware plugins for FL.
